What is meditative relaxation?
It is the practice of balancing the energies within our body, emotions and thoughts. So our body is revitalised, our emotions calm down, and our mind clears.
How can I join?
You can join our in-person groups by contacting us directly to reserve your place or simply come along on the day, we'll be glad to see you.
What are the benefits?
Many participants experience greater focus, reduced stress and anxiety, emotional balance, and a sense of self healing.
Is prior experience needed?
Not at all. No prior experience is required.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself and an open mind.
Are you affiliated with anyone?
No, our groups and association is non-religious and non-dogmatic. Our work is inspired and supported by the non-profit The Servers' Society (Omilos Eksipiretiton) in Athens, Greece.
Is there any fee to attend?
Entry to our meditative relaxation if free, however we welcome donations to support our activities.
